Current Role: Director of Leadership and Management Training

In my present role, I am entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities:

• Overseas Program Oversight: I meticulously track the progression of our leadership and management training programs conducted overseas. This ensures that every participant completes their training, guaranteeing optimal results.
• Result Monitoring: Every training program carries its set goals and deliverables. I supervise these programs to ensure we consistently meet or exceed our benchmarks.
• Mentorship: At the heart of our training and development program lies our clients’ growth. I consider myself not just as an overseer but as a mentor. I’m committed to nurturing their professional and leadership talents, ensuring their continuous evolution.
